The traditional Soujuk, this Dried Cured Beef Sausage is prepared with locally sourced Beef shoulder that is expertly spiced with Garlic and Cumin for a powerful flavor and aroma. After being stuffed, the sausages are woven together by hand prior to being being hung to dry. The sausage is then dried, pressed flat and dried again. The unique flavor and texture of this dried sausage will be an instant hit on any charcuterie board or pan fried with eggs.

Available in 14oz packages or loosely packed by the pound.
