Our Mortadella w/ Garlic is made with 100% fresh pork stuffed with fat cubes and minced garlic, then gently cooked and smoked with real hardwood for a silky texture and slightly smoky flavor. Instantly recognizable in appearance, and taste, our Mortadella w/ Garlic goes great on a charcuterie board, in a sandwich or just as is.
